Let's Talk About "The Diet Solution Program"


Here's what I've got to say, The Diet Solution Program is by far the only program that gave me extremely satisfying results.  It is perfect for those (like me) who have struggled to keep their weights at bay. I mean nobody is ever happy to go on a diet. It is miserable enough to be eating bland foods and saltine crackers; and frustrating to gain all the weight back as soon as you try to relax on good food. 

Let me start by giving you a quick intro ...

I am blessed with an endomorph body type, meaning my body can shrink and stretch to the extremes. Endomorph body types are known to be voluptuous. The down side of it, if I don't keep a watchful eye, my "behind" is bound to get big enough to  cover the whole parking lot (seriously)!

Yep, that is my frustration.

Not wanting to be the creme de la creme of "yo momma" joke sessions, I have been in constant watch of my weight and in and out of various fad diets, since the beginning of time. I think I might have have spent half of my life in the gym.

1. If you don't have the dedication for it, it won't work.

2. It may not work as fast on all body types. Some may lose faster than others. So again, if you don't have the patience and dedication this is not for you. Opt for some magic pill (just make sure it has no side effects -- no amount of weightloss is worth a life!)

3. You may or may not agree with the practices because these are totally "out of the box" tips. It is nothing like the ones we are used to. For me, it seems logical enough to start thinking out of the box if the conventionals are not working for me. It all boils down to what you think. If you think otherwise, then this is not going to work for you.

Most diet plans are actually starvation diets in disguise... I am sure you've heard of "all meat diets" or "all carbs diets" right? Although you are eating all the food within their respective food groups, you are still neglecting the other important food groups that our bodies need to function well... in turn leaving you weak and fatigued. That is why as soon as we stop these diets we begin to gain all the weight back twice as fast because our body is trying to compensate for all the nutrients we've deprived it of. 

Eat less makes you lose a lot of weight, right? 

Nope!!! 

Eat less and gain more is more like it. 

And opting for a diet plan that consists of crackers and diuretics is not the perfect way to go... this road leads nowhere but disaster. Aside from this leaving you miserable, it'll also do a lot of damage to your health.

Here's what you'll NOT get from these kinds of Diets:

1. Lasting Results

Starvation diet end results are temporary. As I've mentioned earlier, the weight you'll lose from starvation diets always comes back. Aside from the fact that your body is making up for all the lost nutrients, your slowed metabolism will take months before it goes back to normal. And as soon as you get back to eating, you'll gain all of that lost weight faster than you can imagine. Before you know it, you've ended up bigger than you were before you even started dieting. 

2. Fast Fat Burning Process

In contrary to all the "lose weight fast" slogans these diets run, starvation actually slows the fat burning process. Did you know that you were burning a lot more quantity of fat before you even started dieting?

Our bodies depend on the nutrients found in food (actual food, not saltines) for energy. Once you deprive yourself, it detects the downward change in your calorie consumption and shifts directly into starvation mode. At these times, your fat burning capacity will decrease and your body will certainly grip on to stored fat so as to preserve energy.

Lean body mass requires more energy to operate than fat. Essentially, the greater muscle mass you have, the greater calories you will burn off. When you continue to go without food, your body will certainly feast upon your lean muscle tissue making it in fact tougher for you to lose weight.

Obviously, if you deny your body food long enough, you will have no choice but to shed pounds. However, the weight loss won’t be balanced, and it'll demonstrate in your overall look. You will come to be emaciated and then your physique will begin to appear like an ancient tote of bones (not kidding around).
 
3. A Healthy Looking Physique

Once you have chosen to go with these "all carbs diets" or "all protein diets", you don't get any of the essential nutrients your body needs for good health. This result to fatigue, kidney problems, heart problems, and terrible mood swings. Starvation can even give you hallucinations which may have you ended up with eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia. 

Worse part is your skin will look dry and old. You'll look more sickly and frail. 

No, I am not trying to scare you... I sure don't want anybody suffering just because they want to look thinner. No amount of vanity is worth a life.

Do not allow the frustration to shed pounds drive you to embark on a starvation diet plan. This kind of diet can damage your overall health making weight reduction much harder to accomplish. The ideal approach to decrease undesired weight is to eat right.
